The portable dataset is a combination of independently identified source records,
candidate associations, provenance, and validation results. No single license is
asserted over all upstream material. This project imposes no additional restrictions
on factual identifiers or its generated association/validation facts. Retain this
notice and the applicable upstream license files when redistributing the dataset.

No redistribution license is claimed for the original BabelStone PUA HTML or its
explanatory prose. They are not bundled. Fonts, source archives, third-party installed
packages, and diagnostic sheets are excluded from the public dataset payload.

All associations remain provisional unless their individual review record states
otherwise. Source identifiers, rendering success, and dependency resolution do not
certify glyph equivalence. The known BabelStone font/table edition mismatch remains
an explicit limitation.
